Word on da street is that SSW and JW are signed sealed and ready to go. Mickey is holding out on his 20 per cent (approx) of shares for a part of any future shares of a ground development. The length of time this clause would stay active is also an issue.

Fitton could buy the Will's shares and have a majority stake. But he needs 75% to have complete control over the club, and therefore give Mickey and chums the boot out of the door. He's not interested in the deal at all unless Mickey/Dunwoody are completely removed from the club.

Bear with me as I'm not an expert on all this high finance stuff but.............
Am I right in thinking if Fitton gets to a 75% share then can't he force through the sale of the remaining 25%.
If so what is MD's share %?
Could Fitton make a plea to all STFC fans who have shares to sell to him therefore upping his stake?
Could a deal be brokered with BP in that he accepts his 1.2m was indeed share purchase, then sell straight to Fitton?
This has probably all been covered elsewhere but I don't remember it.
