1. Next to none
2. My money was on Steve Cotterill. Not anymore because we wont have a fucking club.
ITS THAT FUCKING SERIOUS !!!!!!
CREDITORS HAVE LOST PATIENCE AND ARE SICK TO DEATH OF BEING LIED TO What are the chances of judges recognising our "rescue package" in the form of Fitton should a winding up order be produced? That has to be the way forward now. I was hoping a similar approach could have been adopted with respect to Bill Power's offer, but Paul D advised at the time that the approach was unduly risky. The end-game feels a little closer now, so maybe such an approach (alerting HMRC to Andrew Fitton's offer) is now appropriate.

old co/new co
Old co is bankrupt and keeps the debts. Newco liase with the liquidator to purchase assets at nominal values that will help pay the creditors of Oldco. Possibly 5p in the £ I know comapnies can do that , but isn't that what brissle city (1982 ) did. The loophole was then closed by the football league Standard business practice Phil, and we are at the end of the day a Limited Co Its what MD specialises in mate

Bart shut up. Think about it. How can you prove anything? He (or She) may not openly admit anything. The club have stated that the takeover is on course to complete. Maybe maybe not. But what can the press do apart from speculate. If they start naming names then it bceomes lible..

HMRC want ALL of the money owed to them not some small amount that falls off the table of MD. Cant really see any way out of this mess. I am a great believer in Karma and one day those in charge at SW1 will reap what they sow.
