Tbh i wouldn't be surprised if he wasn't paid for 4 months. He must have been on a lot more than the players and we struggled to pay them. With the Best deal dragging on and then the Fitton deal i reckon it's quite possible.
Surely he wouldn't have hung around just hoping though? I'd tell them where they could stick their job well before 4 MONTHS was up

Yes but he was hanging around in the hope a takeover was completed wasn't he? He might have been told by Best and Fitton that when a deal was completed he would be payed for the months that were missed as well. Then to top it off we get this embargo. No wonder he left. He couldn't even do his job properly because he had so many restrictions and he might not of even got paid for it either.

He wouldn't have just walked. Why do that? You'll be out of a job for no reason. He was obviously waiting for the first offer to come in. And low and behold guess who it is. Plymouth. He must have jumped with excitement when he heard they were interested.

It's possible. But the point of the tef is that it's not thisisstfc. If people are going to start new threads all the time saying some random 'moth fan said this on thisis, then what's the point? I understand when there are a few reliable sources on there. Fuck knows I don't read it. But a random plymouth fan? What?

If there hadn't already been about 20 threads started with the same subject already started today then it probably wouldn't have bothered me; it's an interesting bit of rumour even if that's all it is. But there was enough threads still being read and cycling replies that it was unnecessary for another new thread.

Lot's of people had new bits of gossip going about the last few days and not everybody had the arrogance just to start a new thread without seeing if there bit of news was already being discussed.

Good god I'm becoming Sonic. If this is like some sort of soul exchange then he's not going to last long without a bottle of red wine.

You'd get laid more if you could look at beautiful women without blood spurting from your nose.

Can I point out that if the sweaty hadn't been paid for four months his employer would have been in breach of contract, and he would thereofore have been free to talk to Argyle without any of that tedious asking for permission bollocks.

Didn't happen that way did it. So it's clearly bollocks. Also, we've heard rumours every time the club have had trouble paying the wage bill, and we've known when they managed to come up with the money to cover it. I can't see why Luggy's wages wouldn't have been included within those arrangements same as everybody elses.
