Is there anything better to keep you going when you get a bit peckish in the afternoon?

I like the butter on my Crumpet still quite cold and only just starting to melt, but that's the wonderful versatility of the crumpet. There's a way to enjoy them for everybody.

It's not that much.

As for the tea it was 2 different tea bags randomly pulled out of the cupboard then not left long enough in the teapot before I poured it out. I quite like doing that though, you can drink half of it and then top it up.

That is an awful amount of butter!

Now what is nice for a lunch is a crumpet with cheese, ham and tomato on, like a crumpet pizza, all melting...mmmmm
