That's about 5 minutes walk from where I live.

How do you know he's desperate Bart?  I wouldn’t mind if you came on here and at least pretended that you had some kind of  secret sauce but these ambiguous statements and predictions are like a bad seaside tarot card reader so bloody open taht even to us unwashed masses they're neither disprovable (is that a word? - spell check says yes) or ever going to be wrong under whatever context you stick it in.

Alright maybe even the halfwits at the back of the class like me can probably grasp that he doesn’t want to ‘sell’ his stake/interests or shares and is therefore “desperate” not to sell but come on at least put a bit of meat on the bone old fella.
