What's the wierdest reason you have heard for a person supporting a club?

I think mine has to be a Chelsea fan about 10 years ago, who said that he supported them because he thought that they were by the sea when he was a kid.

I heard of someone who had a fetish for optical illusions, so became an O*frod fan because he thought their ground looked a bit like this...

When I was a youngster ( about 5 or 6) I used to go and watch Bolton with my dad.My grandad told me I should support Swindon because that was where I was born, so it's all his fault Cool
