Points Deduction To Follow??

Reading up on it again, it seems I have got my wires completely crossed. The penalty was for not entering a cva.

However, the points penalty was unprecedented...the fact that they breached the insolvency rules is key, because we would be doing the same. If the cva isn't paid we've breached the rules and they could effectively give us any punishment they wish I'd imagine.

Again, that's speculative, but then so is saying we will only get a 10 point deduction or any deduction at all.
