It's pretty good standard, I managed to watch the France v Scotland game on there a while back with no interruptions at all.  

You do need to download sopcast or ppstream before watching, but it tells you what to do (if you're a non techie like myself).

To be honest mate, i found that site shortly after i posted and watched the 2nd half of liverpool vs arse. Will be using that quite a lot in the future i should think.

i use http://www.free-football.tv/ its a 5-er for a year but with this you are guaranteed to be able to watch it.
