On Now.

- Door not totally closed to BEST. They can resume their talks
- To date BEST have put £0 in depite promising to do otherwise.
- New investors not involved directly in football, but do operate successfully in sport sphere but do have an interest in football.
- Could not confirm it is Betfair.
- Bob says they (BEST) tried to pay back £8m loans in lou of splitting development profits.
-BEST would have put £6.6, to clear debts + £3m to holding company (pay back St Modwen) + some  ....New deal similar.
-Did not commit either way to staying on past handover period. Ditto Mikey D and Wills. Did say would stay if asked.
- If asked to leave maybe he (Bob) would become a fan and joint the TownEnd (!).
- Tried to give analysis of what £8m broke down to, justifying that the purchase price would actually be £3m as the rest is repaying debt and loans .

Sandy gray has invested a 6 figure sum

Best were to invest 6.6 million and pay off loans making it 9 million altogether.

Part 2-

- Is there a plan C? Not an option. New investment not as attractive as BEST, but he does feel this new deal will go through.
- AGM to present accounts hopefully Nov but certainly before xmas
- Almieda, Arrietta, et al? We have to live with burden. "Extremely unlikely" to sell Paynter to pay for it ?!?!?
-Will new investors put us in same position again? 16th Nov is deadline and he is hopeful the deal will be concluded before then.  The shareholders  will not be sitting on their hands, they will be looking for other investors too (presumably looking but not talking to given the exclusivity 'lockout' - my comment)
- Bowden deffinitely suspended subject to disciplinary action!

When Bob Holt is no longer on the Board, he'll be a fan and might go in the Town End
