THIS IS A BRIEF RUN DOWN FOR THOSE WHO DO NOT HAVE THE ADVER AND THIS IS IN NO WAY MY OPINION ETC.

WHY DID BEST HOLDINGS DEAL BREAK DOWN?

-   £8m has to be subordinated, £8M debt comes from shareholders loans eg £750,000 SSW gives the club every year
-   Initial contract stated current board would sort out stadium development and the £8M
-   SSW will have to continue giving £750K to the club every year unless they cut the football down, year they did that we got relegated.
-   SSW and Mike D are fans and joke about being paid one day.
-   BEST holdings did not want to give the current shareholders anything to finalise the deal so they were going to do it with a stadium development.
-   Mike D wont be finding the £750K shortfall anymore.
-   BEST announced the deal was done to sky which surprised the current majority shareholder

WHAT WAS THE EXACT DEAL WITH BEST HOLDINGS?
-   Best had to pay the PAYE, the CVA and all the creditors
-   They would then have to pay £3M into shareholders fund where 3.5M would clear the shaw developments debt and rest is for litigation and legals.

WHAT IS THE TRUTH BEHIND THE 8M?
-   £8M is the amount of money that has been lent by shareholders into the club.

WHO IS THE NEW FINANCIAL PARTNER?

-   Cannot say due to confidentiality reasons but they will entere dur diligence next week.
-   Expect deal to be complete on 16 November
-   £1m is neither here or there to them as they are very wealthy
-   Current board will remain after deal goes through
-   If deal falls through current board will still stay at the club to try and save it but not sure how they would do this?

HOW DO YOU FEEL ABOUT THE CONSTATNT CRITICISM DIRECTED AS YOU BY THE FANS?

-   Abuse was upsetting Mike D and his family
-   He has stopped reading websites but daughter got really upset by the comments
-   Mike D has to stop as it is upsetting his family life.

WHAT IS YOUR MESSAGE FOR THE FANS?

-   If everyone does not get together and support the club it will go away in a puff of smoke.
-   If Mike D and current board walk away the board will disappear and soon it will be nothing
-   If Mike D and current board get continuous abuse they will walk away.
-   SSW paid players wages last month and will this month as well
-   £60% of fans comments are not negative towards them
-   They are not nicking £18m
-   30 or 40 activists do make the fun of running the FC lose its appeal.
-   Any personal attack on Mike D means he will stop working for the club on that day.
-   If there is riots or violent protests it will finish the club
-   Get behind Paul Sturrock.
-   Mike D has become a Swindon fans slowly with his involvement at the club
-   Sandy Gray and Martyn Starnes could have got hurt the other day, any violence and the club is done.

Interesting that he has linked the word protest with the words; attack, riot, violence. Clearly designed to keep those who are angry, but don't often participate in these things, from not joining in with the protests on Saturday.

Why? it was a peaceful protest. They could have got hurt falling down the stairs...did they? No

Actually Sandy Gray did get hurt falling down the stairs some time last year. Thought it was important to stick to the facts.

Reading the article, I thought I was having flashbacks to last December - it's the same old bollocks - new investors .... extremely wealthy .... million neither here nor there .... keep the current board ..... financial engineering ..... Same old. Shut the door behind you and leave the key under the mat, eh? There's a good lad.

Does Mikey D think we live on cloud cuckoo land, because, as Paul said, it's the same old bollox he spouted in December.

Having gone through the full article I'm concerned about a couple of things.

- Diamandis & Wills wanted 80% of any development. If BEST had paid the £8 million then Diamandis & Wills would have settled for 50%, leaving best with 40% (10% goes to St Modwen).

- Quote: "Andrew Andronikou was really angry about the delay and very, very angry they had contacted the Inland Revenue without our knowledge". What the fuck has Andronikou got to do with it? The PAYE is a current liability and is outside of the CVA.

- Wills' "loans". Diamandis is going to essentially convert them to shares by making a rights issue. Now to me, that means any potential investor will have to buy more shares to gain a majority, therefore Diamandis & Wills pocket more money.
