I'm not impressed with what he had to say at all.  It's as if he's talking to us like we're children.  He has not been around long enough to tell us to be calm.  I've said my piece on this and leave it at that, but Little, Brevitt and Jose are not on my Christmas card list at this moment in time.  I hate secrets and silence, it is not the way to conduct yourself, especially at this crucial time in OUR club's history.

I understand the frustration and anger, but have to agree with Macca.  We might not like it, but this chap represents our best chance of survival.  I am fairly sure he wants to do a deal, but is none too keen on paying a £11 million premium to James Wills and Diamandis for shag all.  Which I think is understandable.

No problem with that but don't send out such a patronising message to the masses then.

"They (the board) are doing absolutely everything they can to make sure the club continues and they have been doing that for years.

"They should be commended for their efforts so that the club will be in a good state and healthy regardess of the speculation.

No you aren't confused, one of those statements is a big fat lie.

Other than that, the statements are obviously designed to get us fans to back the fuck off. What we have to decide is whether that is the right thing to do.

There is enough in that article to make you realise this deal is anything but 'done' from BESTs point of view though.

Sorry Lady we have a right to be angry of course we do and im as angry as the next person. Little is probably being a bit media savvy and saying these things to keep the current lot sweet. We cannot afford to start blaming the wrong people though otherwise we will be fucked. Imagine if we go bust and find that veiga and co were put off by the abuse they got off fans before they had even taken over.

I dont see how any of this is the fault of them
