Just wondered what people's thoughts are really on this season? We're sitting in 6th place in league one, 3 points off the top! Obviously if we're deducted 15 points then a relegation fight is on the cards but what if we're sitting in a play off position come may? Can we compete with the big boys in the championship? I think if we do go up, investment is an absolute must. This takeover must get sorted!

even if we get deducted 15 points we wont be relegated. Playoffs have to be the aim.

Reminds me of the season with Kingy in charge. Not consistent enough for autos but on our day we could beat anyone.
I think play-offs are possible but if we have a period of bad form that won't happen.

Difference being from the King era that we have a good manager with tactical know how and in my opinion a better team.

Migz Parkin Fatty Howard

And Mooney was fantastic too. We were more exciting that season compared to this season so far. But we were gash at the back.

We were great up front like you say with Mooney and Parkin but our defence wasn't all that. And as for Daisy Duke and Hewlett. :?

I'd still say it's an outside chance of the playoffs at the moment.
We don't know if Cox will stay past Jan and we don't know if Corr and Paynter will work together, they are a bit similar.

Lets not get ahead of ourselves fellas.....if by the end of the season we still have something left which we can identify as STFC, then it will be a bonus.
The division is immaterial.
