How can there be a mutual determination to finalise the transaction as soon as possible when one side are keeping information from the other?

That sounds like the start of a media tit for tat to me.  Putting Jim Little's comments about minor paperwork in "" and mentioning something laong the lines - well we told them about the debt, so there.

Absolutely Rob - it's a very definite "the deal's gone tits up but it's not our fault, we've done everything we were supposed to, no really we have, honest guv. You know in many ways it's nothing like buying a house after all"

Arf, things must be going from bad to worse when Bob is rolled out and even then the tone of that piece is without doubt the ball is in their court so it’s not our fault.  What did strike me was old Blunderbuss’ claims that the clubs debts would be explicitly dealt with and warranted by the shareholders in the sale and purchase contract.

Does this mean that they’re effectively drawing a line under what they declare and any future concealed debts relating to the current boards tenure will be their responsibility?

Fucking muppets.

Thats exactly what they are saying Dazza

No purchaser in their right mind would agree to a deal with uncapped liabilities
