Questions for the Current (Old) Board

It's all gone a bit quiet.  Maybe there are developments taking place behind closed doors, but there seems to be very little sign of this.

So before everyone falls asleep, it's probably worth raising a few questions to Diamandis, Holt or whoever else is nominally in charge at the moment.

1.  Are you still talking to Jim Little and his people?

2.  If you are, what is your best guess as to how long it will be before the takeover is completed (allowing for the completion of Jim Little's 'minor paperwork')?

3.  Who will be paying the CVA, and when?

4.  If you are no longer talking to Jim Little or if the takeover fails to happen (as some people have started to suspect it may), what is your contingency plan?

We can't wait forever.  I doubt HMRC and the other creditors will either.
