No doubt, i know they are (wasn't aware they also dealt with the phones). It's extremely frustrating not getting through when told you're first in the queue and you are dialing every so often for a few hours - the reason behind my earlier anger is clear.
Okay so it's not their responsibility to close the line, but as is already clear, i was not aware they only use another number now. Someone should close the old line, or leave a message with the new number should they not?

It all depends on the supply and demand of these things, if you cut it well you can have a healthy profit margin
