Thank you for your comments, I came out last night, just bruised a bit, they were worried because I hit my head on the ground and was knocked out for a short while.
The guy in the car didn't stop, but to be fair he didn't even hit me, I just lost my balance when he came past me at speed, and no I wasn't that pissed, to others it might have looked like he had given me a slight knock, I'm sure the driver saw me fall though.
