Conversely, i've never had a good night in the Apartment. I was delighted when i heard it was closing, then rather diasppointed to learn it was just moving.

This was a bit like when i found out the Spot had closed, only to find out it was just for a refurb. Terrible places those are...

and i'm not suprised you've never had a good night in there- the only thing the people in there are intrested in is standing around looking sexy, snorting loads of coke and pretending to be big time- biggest bunch of wankers going...

That's why i used to kinda like it.

I'm not pretentious in anyway and i dislike people who act bigtime, but i used to love going in there for precisely that reason.

It can be quite fun going to stuck-up places where you don't fit in, getting absolutely super-cunted, acting a complete cunt, pulling some 'up her own arse cow' or not giving them the time of day and then getting kicked out.

Me and friends have done this in Hoxton and Convent Garden loads, it's a fucking riot singing football songs, having arm wrestling matches, clapping birds when they walk past and downing beers loudly in posh surroundings!

Fun times...

Ive had many a good night in the Brunel Rooms.

BASTARDS!  Sad

A particular fave memory of mine from many viisits to the Brunel, was having pulled a young nurse.....suggesting we went to the BR.

Having spent the previous night in the broom cupboard that was the nurses quarters at PMH, I'd neglected the no jeans for blokes rule in operation at the BR.

Says I to bouncer its alright for birds to wear to jeans then....yes

Is it alright for blokes to wear skirts....well I suppose yes, as long as its not jeans.

So me and the bird swop....I was a lot thinner back in the day.

Fair play bouncer lets us in....they obviously contact DJ...who announces .... shows what a happening venue this is when a bloke wears a skirt to get in  Oops

Im not ashamed to say I like the Apartment - I even have a card to get in free!

Its better than hanging around the bottom of town with 12 year old chavs trying to pinch your arse and listening to a load of 80's party tunes

I remember the revolving bar in the brunel rooms, which over the years turned into a sort of jerking roundabout Cheesy

First time I went in there (Years ago) with my mates, we were all a bit pissed. I go to the bar to get a round in and by the time I'm served the bar's gone about 180 degrees without me knowing.

Very confusing Cheesy
