What is the plural of Guinness?? Guinnesses or Guinnii or what??

This is reminiscent of the argument I had about the plural of octopus. Ooctopodes or octopuses but never octopi. It's a crazy life on the edge life I lead sometime.
Anyway I go for Guinesses too, or even that Guiness is its own plural - "I had 5 Guiness(es) down the pub."

If there was a family with the surname Guinness, you would call them the Guinnesses. Just like you would the Joneses or the Smiths.
