why is everyone writing Williams off?! because he is old and a six week injury is taking 4 months and we have blackbur ,ifil,alojofree,now almedia so automatically he is 5th choice.To be fair vincent was just as impressive at centre half last year so you could argue williams at this moment is 6th choice |

I don't think he'll play for us again. john blackley is defensive coach, so can't see williams have much input there. not sure it's worth a club our size and with our finances (whatever they are) to keep a player who only played half a season for us and give a token coaching role. if i was him i'd be trying to eke out whatever's left of my playing career tbh, even if it meant dropping down a division or two |

He would be acceptable to the fans as someone whose conducted themselves well......he hasn't made enough out of the game to be minted for the rest of his days and managers jobs are difficult to come by...so he'd probably be prepared to put up with the sort of pointless Latvian role established by the Hearts template. |
