The holiday was ace, but the flights were shit after being delayed. Monarch are always delayed apparently.

i got back from morocco a few days ago. i have the shits.
it was good though. nice weather, really friendly people, though all on the sell, we got ripped off a couple of times, once for stupidly forgetting to ask the price before we ordered at a fish place.
also got offered heroin by the hotel drug dealer, refused his kind offer.
saw monkeys on chains in marrakech which i thought was a bit harsh.
and horse riding is quite hard.

OF i'm going to morocco in october can you recommend some good places to go etc?
just doing the lazy touristy thing for most of it though and staying in agadir but want to visit marrakcech and anywhere else that is good!

who are you going with?
we were booked into a hotel in agadir for 6 nights, but only spent four there. its a typical resort type place which is okay if you like that kind of thing or get good weather (its got a nice big beach), but i dont really like resorts.

marrakech was great, there's loads to do there.
drove to a place a couple of hours away from agadir in the low atlas called imouzzer, has a big waterfall. we stayed there for two nights as the weather was good and there's a decent hotel called hotel des cascades. if you go try a local tagine from the man with all the chickens, its as free range and organic as you'll ever get!
