someone else had a problem like like. He said it waited for ages then eventually it told him he needed to download something to watch. Just be patient.

That was me!
It asked me to install something, which took about 5 seconds, then the highlights should work after the ads. Find the troubleshooting link for people unable to watch videos, and it tells you what to do in there I think

If not, try Tools > Plug-Ins and see if you can find one for WMP.
