I think the whole "kopak" ruling is ruining County Cricket. Why do we need these foreign players in our leagues? We should make it 0 overseas players and have all English players please.

One of the greatest moments of my childhood was meeting Shane Warne.
That is all.

I think overseas players are good for the county game. I think each team should be allowed 2 or 3, going back to 1 is a shit idea.
As for Warne, he is the greatest cricketer of my life time and a true legend.

John Howard, the Australia Prime Minister, was similarly aghast at the suggestions. "I would be amazed if Shane ended up doing that - amazed," he said. "So would [be] a lot of Australians. What people do with their citizenship in the end is their own business, but I think along with most Australians I'd be amazed."
Sounds like the Aussies don't want to lose him to us. Sorry Australia, he is as much German as he is Aussie and should be entitled to citizenship.

He is 50/50 - even though he has spent his whole life in Australia, it doesn't take away the fact that he is 50% German
