I trust no millionaires, bankers, investment companies, Russian oligarchs etc , in fact I trust NO rich business people at all however wonderful they seem.

The fact is these are the people who run football - and sadly run the world - at least for the time being. I would love this not to be the case but it is.

We on the other hand - when it comes to football - support Swindon and only Swindon.

Today I feel better than yesterday about the future of the club and am concerned that some of our most loyal and dedicated fans are losing the plot by being too anti the 'takeover'  - ie trying to see only the bad and not the 'possible' good.

Time will tell. But it will do no good to just be sceptical at every stage. Saying 'The End of the World is Nigh' at the dawn of every day has to stop or we'll never know when 'The End of the World is Nigh' is actually coming.

Remember they are ALL money men and ALL of them want their wedge - that is the way of the world.

Let's just see what happens at this stage. A good general fights at the right time on the right battle field. We should not have a war with these people before we know what their intention is - it may be closer to what we want than some of you think.

Stop the mindless 'Portugese feeder club = total bad news' - when really there would be good and bad sides to this.

Stop the mindless 'Sturrock is off' everytime Brevitt is mentioned.

Keep the powder dry and hope it wont have to be used - some of you seem too eager to fight a battle that existed yesterday.

There will be good and bad news - let's be clear on which is which.

If the CVA get's paid - that's good - let's all acknowledge that.

Let's deal with each item on it's merits.

I don't post post much but am a (very) long standing fan and read all your comments.

Let's have some perspective.
