I saw Chris Blackburn on the way home from the pub last night. As it happens he was having a piss in a flower pot on Faringdon Road outside the chinese chip shop. I said "Alright Chris!"
I was wearing my Swindon shirt and we got chatting, he asked me what i thought of the match in Northampton. I told him it was ok, but we are toothless upfront and need another striker and he told me not to worry because he thinks we are going to sign Easter.
It was his own personal opinion but it shows that it isn't just lazy journalism, we are actually trying to sign him.

hmmm i dont know. He tailed off badly in the second half of last season, and his attitude seems abit shitty. if we were gonna spend 500k plus, then i reckon there must be someone better to spend it on He tailed off badly because Wycombe did to be fair. Was scoring when they were flying but if there are no chances how can you score? We aren't creating many chances either though, so whos to say he wouldn't score here. Why not andy bishop from bury. Managed to score 20 goals last season in a god-awful side, and would probably cost a hell of a lot less than easter would.
