I personally think Lambert should be ashamed of himself for chasing fans for money when the current situation is in fact abysmal.

To be fair it is what every business does.

On the other hand, just what has happened to all of that season ticket money?

If I employed Lambert and he told the secretary of the trust that they have a cash flow problem I would sake him instantly.

I think that is completely unproffesional!

Not sure if we got any up front, but I think they still owe 100k, not an insignificant sum in anyones books.

Incidently what did Lambert confirm? Simply that the players were paid by check? That they were calling in debts to pay players or what?

I guess this confirmation may not have come to Fred directly?

Leeds would still have to pay us as part of the league rules about using CVA's means they have to pay footballing debts first (unless I've completely made that up)

What way is that then The_Plagiarist,  and do you have any evidence of that? Or have you just made your mind up and keep telling yourself you are right despite no evidence to back you up?

I'll believe in these bullshit "investors" the day they INVEST Colin Todd, which aint going to happen I'm afraid. When you've got some evidence to the contrary, I'm happy to listen.

To be fair, it is his job. If cashflow is tight, then one of the things any business would do would be to up the sales and marketing effort and see if they can get some cash in from that to help them over the hump.

Trust board members seem to have caught the "to be fair " disease.

The moneys probably been spent on the preseason tour.
