In all fairness he's likely to jump at it if he's offered and you have to really say fair enough with the opportunity. Hopefully nothing will come of it as I would like to see him have some input over the summer and see what he can muster up for the start of next season. Mick Harford is been linked with the manager's job at Championship side Watford.
Watford sacked their manager Ray Lewington during the week, and now Swindon's assistant manager Mick Harford is been linked with the job.
Harford only joined Swindon a month ago to help Andy King, but only has a contract until the end of the season, so he could become available to take over the managers job at Watford.
Watford have said they want to have their new manager in place before next weekend.

He's a legend at Luton, I doubt he'd ignore that fact to join Watford.

I can see him going to Watford he owes Luton nothing and has no real ties here. The guy has to pay his bills after all.

Don't think you can be too fussy in management....there are only a certain number of available jobs and if you get offered one and you're ambitious then you take it.

Hang on a minute. Mooney didn't go to Bristol..... :?
Harford is likely to leave at the end of the season anyway as he only agreed to join until then and I doubt we'll have the money for a long term contract.

I don't think he'll go to Watford, he's still loved by half of Luton, if he went to the hornets, it'd be worse than when Harry went to Southampton.

But it's a big step up (two div's) for the ex-Latvian manager. And he's pretty much got Yeovil up anyway. Go for it Gazza.
