alcohol kills off the slowest braincells first. Fact! (actually it's really true.) I've only got super fast one's left. That's why I'm a quick fire comedy genius!
Why doesn't a dog have a nose?

Alcohol has been more than necessary for the development us people. Beer's always been clean when water generally hasn't (back in the olden days). Happy days.

tis true, sailors used to get rations of beer and rarely drank water, mainly because the beer was so week it didn't have a dehydrating effect that you might get from stella.

I've lived off Guinness for over a week, I reckon the dehydrating affects get exagerated at times.

if you drink steadily the effect will be minimised because your body makes full use of the water content. if you drink 10 pints in three hours then you'll piss most of it away before the dehydrating effect starts - and then you'll have no spare fluids left and become dehydrated.

So because I drink all the time, my body has a massive water absorption rate and I'll never dehydrate?

unless you go on a mahoosive bender and drink loads in a short space of time, or drink concentrated alcohol like wine or spirits. stick to fosters (ugghhhhh) and you could drink steadily for a long time without becoming dehydrated.

The Guinness tends to be a gap between my evening red wine drinking. I don't touch fosters. I might have a few cups of tea week and a few bottles of coke. I'm thinking by all rights I should be dead.
