I loved history at school (to a-level only), shame we had to study the blimin' war of the roses, tudors, and stuarts...  Would have prefered doing 20th century/modern history.

Mind you, the only real career path for someone with a degree in History is teaching and I fuckin' hate kids

That's why I only did an HND. Had the option to do an extra year for a degree, but my tutor said, unless you want to teach it (graphic design) - no thanks - you might as well just get out there and do it. So I did.

History degrees are a valuable assett to this countries own identity.... and values. If you dont tell the tales accurately, then who will???
