but this is not a war in the true sense of the word, ie nation against nation
The majority of Iraqi's are as pissed as we are about the situation. This runs deeper than just standing up for our country, the whole Tony Blair sucking Geedubbya's cock needs a lot of explaining in my eyes.
But thats a debate for another day.
The crux of the whole situation with Iraq (and I have said this many many times) it's a war that we cannot win - it is our Vietnam
The British public find themselves in a situation where they cannot rest easy. That is wrong.

my mums a buddhist. i've got a buddhist friend, he's obscenely serene and relaxed...as soon as he finished his exams he disappeared to a buddhist retreat for a fortnight, no contact with the outside world just peace and quiet. he's so relaxed, nothing bothers him. needless to say i'm rather jealous |
