I'd say it's more likely we should prepare for news that looks good but turns out to be bad. Investor A is merely a couple of weeks from investing (over a month ago) but now the Board seem happy to announce it's slow progress and we've got another one. More likely, despite 5 weeks of constant nagging, investor A has still refused to offer any of his cash to a sinking ship. Investor b is created using something already involved with the club? perhaps investor B has been fabricated to make investor A get a move on?

If I had a quid for every time we'd heard this new investor bollocks, I'd be able to pay the CVA myself.

Its all absolute bollocks and quite frankly is very very tiresome. How anyone can believe anything the board spouts is beyond me.

Non executive director Bob Holt confirmed...
... the fans' consortium, who have still yet to lodge a formal bid under the leadership of former QPR chairman Bill Power.
Not that old chestnut again Bob, give it a rest mate.

Not that old chestnut again Bob, give it a rest mate. it is technically true though. there's not been a formal bid because the board won't let the consortium look at the books...

I think the rationale they use is to ask people to invest and they count them as an investor until they give their reply of NO. Technically it's possible that there 56million investors in the Uk that haven't turned us down yet, I know I haven't pulled out yet.

Let me have a guess about the possible new investors; Could the first new investor be a neighbour of the Wills family? Could the second new investor be a neighbour of the first investor who was originally a neighbour of the Wills family? Maybe the investors are 'new entrepeneurs' and leaders of 'top 1000 listed companies'? Have either of them signed an NDA? If the first investor was 'in advanced talks' as claimed, one would presume that an NDA had been signed on both sides. That being the case, has the spirit of that NDA now been broken by the club talking to the second investor? Or is this all a load of fucking bollocks? I tend to lean towards the latter

I can't believe I actually thought investor A was real and had a chance of moving the club forward under "new management". I am a prize twat. Sorry.
FAO Sir Seaton Wills. Do what is right for the club you tosser. Listen to **all** offers then decide what is right for STFC and your family.
