Merchandise - New Badge

Just wondering but surely if the badge has changed then all correspondence/press material etc. should already be using the new badge or has it not taken effect yet?

Another thing is if they are giving season ticket holders who pay cash/cheque vouchers for the club shop, wouldn't it make sense to already have the new merchandise in, so fans are more likely to spend their vouchers straight away on new stuff rather than go in the shop, see all the old crap, go home and put the voucher in the drawer and probably never use it towards a purchase?

Surely vouchers are more likely to encourage people to use them towards merchandise who would not normally bother buying products at full price?

Just think that it would make more sense thats all.  Or I've probably been thinking too much  :?

What you have just explained there is a genuis way of getting people to NOT use their vouchers.....I mean using their vouchers is only going to mean te club are effectively giving away their stock.....if they dont release the new stuff for a while and fans lose or misplace or forget about their vouchers then they have succesfully got more season ticket holders without actually havign to give away any of their stock for free!! genius but not likely to be this way intentionally.
I would put a bet on them just being slow with the merchandise!!

Just thinking that people who don't normally buy shirts etc. might be inclined to should they have vouchers spur of the moment kinda thing .............. surely a discounted purchase is still more valuable than no purchase at all?
