Whats Happening with Bill Power taking the board to court over the £1.2M they owe him?
Since he said they had just days I haven't hurd anything

Nothing has happened in terms of anything going to court. I don't think that means legal action isn't in process though.

well i think the sensible option would be for the consortium to wait and see what happens this week before going ahead with legal action
