2.4% isnt bad.

It is when the cost of living has increased by 3%.

But when Gordon Brown is attempting to curb inflation by restricting Public sector pay increases to below 2% its actually a bit of result.

I have quite a bit of family in the fire service and that service, like the ambulance, police and NHS are totally underestimated.

This country takes certain things for granted

Quite true. People only appreciate the quality of some of our public services when they are unfortunate enough to need them. They're also all too ready to whinge when an ambulace, police officer or Fire engine takes longer to reach them than they think is acceptable, but no-one is prepared to pay a little more in tax to improve those services.

How are you going to do work without sending out mortgage papers?!?! This could delay your purchase on your home.

I like the colour blue  Cheesy

Seriously my family have always been tory and I guess I did it to start with from that.  Then there was the conservative club in bushey when I was 18 that place was ace as is the club in bath road.  I also am not happy with how labours policys have affected me personally in business, for example a change in law that takes away 3k a year in interest.  Personal I guess but hey ho
