Can the Council evict Swindon Town from the County Ground should they not pay the CVA monies owed to the people of Swindon?

They may be paying the rent now but this is historical debt

I think we'd have gone bust before this could happen, as the CVA failing would immediately mean us moving into liquidation anyway.  There would be nobody to evict.
