EDIT : YES I WILL You see, a lot of us who have been ST holders for many a year, decided this year not to get one, beit right or wrong. We will pay on the day so the money grabbing cunts of a board dont get our spondoolicks up front. Do yourself a favour and go and ask the same question on thisis

Northampton are selling tickets to their own supporters for EVERY home game ...
Is this one likely to sell out? or will it be pay on the day? anyone know?

answering my own question - might help others
"Away fans are located in the South Stand at one end of the pitch, where 850 supporters can be accommodated. If demand requires it, an additional 300 seats can be made available in the Alwyn Hargrave Stand. One slight pain about Sixfields is that you can't pay at the turnstiles. You have to buy your ticket first from a Portakabin and then you have to queue again."
Means only a total of 1150 - will be a sell out on the first game I would have thought. - Cant wait!

I think what the fella was asking was, as a non season ticket holder, would he have problems getting tickets in advance or on the day for this game. I don't think he was begging for tickets. Last time I went to Sixfields (2004) it was pay on the day. I guess ticket information will be relayed on the OS as soon as its known.

Surely they wont make the first game of the season pay on the day?
Im sure it will be easy enough to get tickets if you get them as soon as they go on general sale. I think it will then sell out in a few days. Similar to Rovers away.

I should think the 1100 odd will all go and pretty quickly as well. I would say that the tickets go on sale around/just after the 5th July as this is when Northampton will be selling their tickets for the new season
