I sent a polite email to Andronikou on Saturday along similar line to what the Trust sent, this is the response I just received, doesn't answer anything regarding the CVA and no hint of an apology either:

Dear Mr Holmes

Thank you for your email.

The free world is about balanced individual opinions, I hope you respect mine in the same way I respect yours.

I have no agenda other than to expedite the conclusion of the CVA to the benefit of the Football Club and its creditors.

 Yours Sincerely

Andrew Andronikou

That's STA for you Glos!

To be fair the bloke (Andronikou) was never going to say anything else but that really.

I got a similar response from a complaint i sent to a company the other day, I just see writing to these people/companies as a good way of letting off a bit of steam.

Of course he's entitled to an individual opinion, but I don't think it's right for him to be expressing it when he's working on behalf of Hacker Young.

Bit harsh to call that arrogant glos - he may or may not have ducked your questions (and unless they were on the nature of divergent opinions in a free society I'd guess he may have done) but the reply doesn't on the face of it seem to be arrogant in itself

Its the lack of a decent response that I find arrogant and the fact he completely glosses over the his comments. The email I sent was structured and polite and all I get back is basically 'its a free world and I can say what I want'. At least when someone like Starnes gets an email he will attempt to answer questions even if he doesn't know the answer (admittedly none of the other board members make similar efforts).

precisely. the bloke had no right to dish out his personal comments on  groups of people when he's supposed to be working in a professional capacity.

It wasn't the best thing in the world to use the 'busybodies' dig but I don't think Adronikou would gain anything by entering into a debate with fans.
