Sheringham too old for us?

Ok, he is a fossil but has always looked after himself (in more ways than one) and surely he could do a job for us?

Would he want to come here though and would our style of football suit him?

More to the point I suppose is could we afford his wages?

questions, questions......

Sherringham would get a full season in any league one team, im not sure he could do a full season any higher, so come on teddy, you can wear our funky lotto kit!

It's a shame he isn't still contracted to West Ham, that way we could get a rather clever Tommy Mooney like deal where we help reduce the west ham wage bill and they top it uup to an acceptable level that Teddy would take.

I would love to see him playing for us this season. Will never happen though.

the only clubs i can see him signing for on small(ish, but more than we can offer) wages would be either nottingham forest or millwall.
