For someone supposedly acting on behalf of the creditors, Andronikou appears to have very little regard for their interests.  I think a timely statement from some of the creditors to the effect that he can take his 'vary the terms of the CVA' quote and stick it right back up his arse would be very useful.

Andronikou is just doing what Diamond Mike tells him to.

We know it's BS, but there are people who read the Adver will believe everything that they read.

But this will come to ahead in the next month or so as I can see SBC demanding their money, despite what Andronikou said

I'm sure there are other creditors that will be wanting their money as well and have probably budgeted to be getting that money.

Perhaps the adver would like to talk to some of these creditors  - I'm sure the IR will not accept a variance either, and they are usually the first ones to issue the court documents
