He was good at Dundee United and Orient fans thought he was leaving to go up to the Championship so he sounds decent. A replacement for Pook perhaps?

looks a good un,plenty of experience and at 28 should be in his prime.
pooky is still a good squad player to come on as a sub and to cover injuries,suspensions ect.and who knows,he may continue to improve like last season and get better still.
