This may be interesting but not sure. On the offical site it has an article about Doncaster wanting to break their transfer record on a striker! http://www.swindontownfc.premiumtv.co.uk/page/News/NewsDetail/0,,10341~642709,00.htmlJust a bit unusual for our site to post info on other teams so does anyone think they could be after one of our players? But my mind also says no cause the only player of ours worth over £120k is Parkin and he would never go to them! Maybe i am just reading too much into it?!

Parkin is not going to go to Doncaster, I'd be surprised if he goes further North than the midlands. My money's on a London club coming in for him.

1.There is no way Parkin will be sold to a promotion rival while we are still in with a chance of a playoff spot.
2. As we have already rejected a bid of £250,000 from Hull then Doncaster would have to least raise £300,000, something which I doubt they could manage.
3. Do you really think Parkin's agent would advise hime that a move to Doncaster is his next logical move? They are below us in the table and have even less chance of reaching the playoffs.
Stop panicking, if Parkin goes it will be to a Championship side at the end of the season if we fail to go up. I would not begrudge him that as he deserves a shot at a higher level. Just hope we get £500,000 witha massive sell-on clause!

If we get over £120k for Fallon then that's good business as far as I'm concerned!

hey we may be missing the point here. maybe they are after rory fallon? Or maybe Proctor or Henderson.... Both are of interest to us due to their loans this season, and therefore may be a reason to report on this. Proctor had a reasonable game against them for us too. Whatever the reason and significance to us though you can be assured that Parkin would not go there, it's up a league or not at all for him, I think.
