This is what we have all been waiting for....this has dragged on for way too long, things are coming to an end!! I would love to see power take those clowns to court and win....would be great to see diamandis, holt, bowden and co lose and get humiliated in court..... I back power 110% for threatening the board, he's had no choice, the board have been fucking him around for months on end now....fair play to the man and the trust is all i can say.....  |

Basically mate what we've been saying about the board stalling and it puts paid to alot of allegations thrown towards Power over the last few days on the adver site..........even says that if the mystery investor was to take over they'd still be willing to talk and perhaps become involved, they just won't work with the current regime and who blames them.
Wilkes said they had given the board 48 hours to provide them definatively with written confirmation the status of Bill's £1.2 million. This time period was almost up so we can expect legal proceedings to begin early next week.

Good to hear....the board have had way too much time and plenty of deadlines over the past few months and have done nothing but fuck around...it's good to see that power is not taking any shit from those idiots anymore, take them to the cleaners billy boy....... |
