i rang up to enquire about a 7 seater for this evening, and was told to ring after 5pm.
10 mins later get a call on my phone saying.your taxi's outside the liden arms now nigel! :? i aint even at the fucking place, nor have i ever been?and i aint called nigel.
i tried to explain there had been some sort of mix up and that i hadn't ordered a cab, just made an earlier enquiry.
but the bitch on the other end was having none of it.well it was ordered on this number, blaa blaa blaa.
she then told me to piss off and hung up on me.

now i was fuming by then and called up to have a go,then the cunt i'm complaining to hangs up on me.then they ring me up again saying i am banned from their taxis and they are gonna ring there mates at v cars to get me banned there to
 i threatend the woman with trading standards and she then said i aint banned and creeped big time thereafter.

any thoughts people????should i make a complaint?
or just brush it off?

Fucking complain Arriba, I would.  I hate this small fry companies who think they're above the law - whatever happened to customers always right.

It's not like it's 3 o'clock in the morning and you were on the wind up.

I find calling from a phone box and sending taxi's to random addresses for 3am pick-ups usually sorts out the anger with taxi firms.

Not connected to taxis, but made me laugh.....had to pick up a mate last weekend at  O*frod station,  on the way to the midlands.   As is usuallly the case there was no train between Reading and O*frod so they lay on a bus....apparently the driver not only didn't know where O*frod station was, but didn't know how to get to O*frod.  So me mate had to sit up front and navigate.

went to watch England vs Australia @ Bristol 2 years ago in a one day game and we had the same problem with a bus put on to Bath and he got lost in the centre.  The whole bus mutunied and told him to stop, got off and ran to the station themselves to ensure we got the connecting train.

I went to this. Great day out. Was this the game where Gillespie lost the plot?

United taxis have always been alright in my experience. Well they got me home last night.

V cunts apparently blacklisted my friends address, probably because her sister stitched them one night. Didn't matter that I book at least 2 taxis a week from them  :-))(
