Can I suggest that somebody writes a template letter that we can all print out and post to him. If we get enough people on board, and all post so they arrive within a few days of each other, it could be a very affective campaign.

Using a template would also stop people 'going off on one' and pissing off a guy that I can say, pretty much for sure, we all have the utmost respect for.

As a supporter of Swindon Town Football Club, I’m writing to appeal to you resolve the ongoing matter of the Fans Consortium takeover bid and the stalling of the NDA.

I have the utmost admiration and respect for you and your son, James, for the way you have kept the club going for the past countless number of years. I’m extremely grateful for all the effort and money you have put into the club, but I believe now is the time for you to step aside and let Bill Power take the club forwards.

You have admitted yourself  that you don’t have the funds to continue to support the club, whereas Bill has made it clear he has both the money and determination to make Swindon Town a successful football club and business.

I urge you, from one supporter to another, to do what is right for the football club and gracefully accept that Bill’s £1.2 million was indeed a loan so that the NDA can be signed as soon as possible.
