At which point he'll leave and be replaced with either: A talentless yes man, or, A passionate manager who's useless, or, A combination of the two.

As usual Beckham and Owen coming up with the goods...
Before the world cup last year everyone was slating Beckham and Owen, wasn't there a stat the last 10 goals england scored in qualifying for the WC were either scored by Owen or setup by Beckham?
McLaren is a clown, and looks like one. Get rid sooner rather than later and let us have a new boss to lead us to/manage during Euro 08!

Unfortunately this will never happen!

England still have it all to do to qualify. You have to fancy the Russians to beat/if not draw with England in Russia.
Whilst England's other games are all at home, the likes of Russia, Croatia and Isreal are no mugs, and i wouldnt be surprised if at least one of these teams managed to knick a draw against England.

Dont under estimate Russia. They have Gus Hiddink, who is arguably one of the best managers in the world. He usually gets his tactics spot on, and they managed to get to credible draws against Croatia.
I reckon England will draw to Russia twice, and then win the remainder of their games. Whether this will be enough to qualify, im not to sure

But hey at least we didn't lose to fucking Armenia, I mean wow that must be pretty worrying to lose to them and having Portugal and Serbia so close behind with two games in hand. You'd have to fancy Portugal to crush Armenia and then home to Poland, well that's a pretty easy game, looks like Poland still have it all do to qualify.

Then again, Serbia lost away to Kazakhstan, and Poland beat Portugal at home, so i guess surprise results can happen - Just look at England, they couldnt even beat Macedonia at home
