Bought Nani and Anderson for a combined fee of £34M from Sporting Lisbon and Porto. Also Owen Hargreaves will sign in the next few days for 17m. That means they have spent over 50m.

For fucks sake Sturrock, whilst you are swanning off on your holidays, we're missing out on all these potential transfer targets.

To be fair though, Man United have always had money to spend (Ok maybe not quite as much as 50 odd million), which they have received through attendances, winning trophies and what not, so it's not like say Chelsea who have to call on Abramovich to bail them out and alternatively 'buy success'

Ribery would be a decent signing. Much better than JS Park!
I do think that Giggs and Ronaldo have got the wide roles pretty much to themselves though!
