I'm tempted to put 'man flu' as reason of illness on my next sickness form, just to piss off the woman who does payroll to be fair though Si i think you actually have a fair case of "man flu" this time round. your pretty rough to say the least

I said no obviously but what harm can it possibly do??

I must admit i feel very hyper today. meltus contains guaifenisen which is an expectorant that treats a productive cough by loosening the phlegm in your chest. night nurse contains dextromethorpan which is used to supress a tickly cough, i.e. to stop you coughing. so basically they do completely opposite things, so taken together it does fuck all good. supressing a chesty cough is a bad idea as it can lead to a chest infection.
