Personally I believe a bit of positive discrimination is needed.
We now have a Mexican from Brighton so that a couple of boxes ticked. But we need more ethnic diversity and also a woman.Also how come they nearly all work in programing/IT ?
Next year I suggest a Pop Idol type format for elections with a panels of prominent lefties as judges.
