I just had some great Karma, never happened before:-
Phone goes

Caller: youve got squaters in your flat
BB: Whats the address
C:********
BB: Will be round in 5 mins
C: OK
I arrive and knock on the door, the guys answer and I explain they may have a slight legal and health problem. They started saying we have squaters rights, I said I realise that however please have a look at this letter (handed copy of letter from environmental health which explains teh tenant we evicted last week had lice and other hazards) they basically didnt understand so I explained they have now probably caught a load of crap and they were gone in a flash!
Easiest eviction ever, might have to get a few letters like that in future! Silly little druggies
