Whats done is donw with regards to West ham and the fa. They deserved to stay up was it won 7 out of 9 games? Their fans were immense and behind the team all the way.

man utd have so much strength and depth so what ever side they play they're more than capable of beating anyone. West Ham obviously wanted it more.

Man Utd fielding a weakened team and West Ham winning, fucking disgrace, bet the result would have been different if Man Utd needed to win to win the title
Just watching the highlights and in all fairness united battered them for 90 mins , no lack of effort there imo

he'd make a good centre half would Heskey.

I watched the whole thing on sky, his defending was awesome.

to this day michael own and shearer have both said he is the best strike partner they have played with. The amount of space he creates and defenders he takes with him is scary tbh

How true.

Reminds me of when we had the Chief, Wayne Allison, he was just as important defending set pieces as the goals he scored.

I watched the whole game, and agree that ManU battered them. Several efforts cleared off the line. West Ham got lucky with some sublime Tevez skill on the break, simple as.

I watched the Sheff U v Wigan game and even though I couldn't have cared less who went down I was still nervous, brilliant end of season drama. Heskey was superb both up front and especially in defence where he won everything! To be honest I think Sheffield United were maybe overconfident going into the game, think everybody had written Wigan off and Sheff U felt they just had to turn up, bit like our friends from down the road last week!

Whilst I think West Ham have been lucky to get away with things, Man Utd still fielded 11 full internationals in the team.  Sheff Utd can only blame themselves IMHO - disappointed for them as Wigan are just a northern Reading - full on plastics, hopefully they'll go down next season instead.

Hardly surprising given United are playing in a cup final?! And that's still a team of 11 internationals - if sheff utd can't beat a terrible wigan side that's their own problem, don't blame United! Lame. Jon Stead had about 7,456 chances to win the game and on another day Manyoo could have won by five - them's the breaks. Deal with it.

What a Cunt Neil Warnock is! ffs Man Utd fielded a strong side and should have easily beat West Ham but they just couldn't finish their chances....end of.

Blah blah blah.

Man Utd are interested in Man Utd, which is how it should be.

Liverpool did exactly the same thing against Fulham last week.

Why should other teams give a fuck about Sheff Utd, or Wigan, or any other team fighting relegation? You do the best for your club.

In our situation if we had lost at home to Walsall on the last day of the season and MK had beaten a "weakened" Accie Stanley team 5-1 I would have blamed us for not being able to at least hold Walsall at home.  Stanley owe us no favours.

Here I'm glad West Ham stayed up, I think Tevez will be in the premiership next season, maybe even still with West Ham.
