Not exactly surprised but i must say i did expect more from him and i don't think it is a coincedence that Parkin has not scored since his arrival!

I'll agree with that, but in a strange sort of way we looked better with him in the team  :?

He is the reason Parkin has been playing more like a midfielder.  As rubbish as Slabber is/was, he allowed Parkin to play his best game. Thats my opinion anyway.

The frightening thing is that the Trust's 8K was just enough to cover his months wages, and we can probably assume that Rotherham were paying some as well.

King is going to have to find better, for about 60% of the wages for next season....not an enviable task.

Steve Claridge

5 in 4 games for Wycombe and approaching 40!

The more I see and hear of young Eastwood at Sarfend the more it looks like we really missed out there.

I don't think Proctor is anywhere near full fitness and even after a few goals he still doesn't seem to have the confidence about him of a player who was in the Prem a few years back.  Worth a look pre-season perhaps but certainly right for him to return at this point.

Said it before King should really start to look at the European market for players, there is a wealth of talent available out there on the cheap.

Ruster was "one of the most skilled players" King claimed to have ever seen.  It was all down to his previous club demanding compo because he was under 24, he's now playing once again in the French 2nd division.

I think Eastwood may have been poached from under our noses or hd some sort of verbal agreement with Southend.  Sure someone can set me straight.
